Sustainable fashion is what many fashion brands seek nowadays. To change the fashion system towards greater ecological integrity and social justice. This project is to improve a Prada women's bag to be more sustainable.
To develop a product, I need to understand the brand background, identity, and image.
Then, analyse the pros and cons of the PRADA "Must have" product - Panier crocodile and leather bag.
Based on the analysis, source alternative sustainable materials from suppliers for leathers, threads, trims, and packages.

From this project, I get a taste of product development and also have a better understanding of sustainable fashion and sourcing for sustainable materials.
